Blitz

25 October 2005. I have moved my articles to a new server, budi.myindonesia.org, which hopefully will give a better performance. It is still in an experiment stage, though. So go there instead of fetching the articles here.

21 August 2005. This week, school starts. It's teaching time again. Some of my students have graduated. Congratulations to all of you.
Regarding the .ID domain management, I will be stepping down soon. Perhaps as soon as the end of this month.

9 July 2005. As usual, I have not given enough time to update this web site. Most of the updates are being done at my blogs and my web at ITB. I have to many things to handle (fires to put out), like this one: "Say NO to APJII!". So, please accept my appology.

24 April 2005. I am looking for a place to hold my articles and presentation materials. I am just starting to use ourmedia.org. My page there is at http://www.ourmedia.org/user/14434. Only a couple of files have been transferred there. Others will follow.

December 2004. Various updates in presentations, articles, and scrapbook pages. Of course the busiest page is my Gerakan Bawah Tanah Blog. I've been busy teaching, supervising my students, giving presentations, writing many reports, and studying (reading) many things. Books and magazines are piling up. I tried to read them fast, but they come faster. (Not to mention the web and my students reports!) At one point, I was sick. And the strangest thing, I have more time to read when I am sick??? (Well, you have nothing else to do when you're in bed other than reading.)

November 2004. It has been a while since I updated this front page. There are updates, but not in the main page. Most of the updates are "hidden" somewhere. Or in my blog.

September 2004. Classes have been started. It's time to do some teaching. At the same time business in the company side is growing. So, it's busy as usual. Or I should say, more than usual. To my surprise, I was listed by Swa Magazine as one of the maestros in his/her field. Wow! For my case, it's IT security. Here is the page scanned from the magazine. Also I was awarded IGOS award. IGOS is Indonesia Goes Open Source movement lead by Ministry Research and Technology, Indonesia. I was ill at that time to accept the award. For a more frequent update on me, see my blog.

November 2002. My book was out in Nov 2004. This is the second book formally published, and 3rd book. (My actual 2nd book is not published.) The book is a collection of my articles available in this web site. For some reasons, it is easier to read books than reading the screen of computer. Look at the cover on the left. The book is published by Elex Media Komputindo.

Started a new book for my students to teach them how to write and present their thesis (Panduan Menulis Karya Ilmiah: thesis, tugas akhir dan makalah).
